There’s no catch. Our help is at no cost for eligible members. Your health insurance plan covers it to support your health and wellbeing.
I already have health insurance. Do I still need this?
Yes! We work with your health insurance to give you extra support — at no cost to you.
We can help you:
- Find a doctor
- Make an appointment
- Use your health plan
- Get help with food, rides, or housing
- Set goals and make a plan
- Feel less stressed, sad, or alone

I don’t like using apps. Do I have to use it?
No, you don’t have to use the app. You can still get help by talking to our kind and caring staff. Just give us a call!
I don’t like talking on the phone.
That’s okay! You can use the app to get the same help. You can also send messages to a Pyx Health Care Mentor right in the app.
Is it safe and private?
Yes. Your info is private and protected. We follow strong health care rules to keep your data safe. We never share it with anyone except your health plan. You can check out our Privacy Policy | Terms & Conditions for more information.
How do I know if I qualify?
Just call us at 1-855-499-4777. We’ll check for you and help you get started.
What languages do you support?
Our app is in English and Spanish. Many of our team members speak both. If you speak another language, we use a professional translator during phone calls to help right away.
I already have a therapist. What can a Pyx Health Care Mentor do?
Your mentor can help with things that your therapist may not — like finding a doctor, making appointments, or getting help with food and rides. If you need someone to talk to between therapy visits, we’re here for that too.
Is the Pyx Health app social media?
No. The app is private and safe. It does not connect members to each other. You can only talk to trained Pyx staff. The app has tools, info, and activities to help you feel better and handle stress.
What training does your staff get?
Our staff is trained to help you in a safe, caring way. They learn about trauma, bullying, stress, social media, and how to keep you safe. A licensed clinician oversees the team, and we also have trained mental health techs for extra support.
My teen doesn’t like talking on the phone.
That’s okay! Many teens like using the app because it’s on their phone, easy to use, and always available — day or night. But if they ever want to talk to a real person, they can call too. Both ways are safe and private.
I’m a caregiver. Can I sign up if my teen doesn’t?
Yes! You can still get support from Pyx Health, even if your teen doesn’t sign up. We’re here for you with helpful tips, resources, and support — all over the phone. Just give us a call!
